What’s new in the re-formatted, tasting-intensive Ambassador course:改革？！？品鉴环节丰富？！？提升后的VIA课程究竟新在哪里？

1.Improved and systematic theory lectures about Italian wines, its grape varieties, and territories; Standardised lectures covering 20 Italian wine regions, its iconic wines and native grapes as well as introductory warm-up sessions focusing on important themes about Italian wine. 

升级的系统理论课程涵盖意大利葡萄酒、品种和风土；标准化的课程涵盖20个意大利葡萄酒产区、代表性葡萄酒、原生葡萄品种; 聚焦核心品种和酒种的热身专题; 

2.In addition to guided tastings on iconic wine styles following the theory lectures, students will take part in tasting labs with additional wines from regional Italian wine consortiums. 

在每日由老师引领的特色典型葡萄酒风格品鉴之外，学生可以走进由精选意大利地区&行业葡萄酒协会组织的“品尝实验室”，进行自主深入品鉴; 

3.A group project where students will have to prepare a video presentation on a topic related to native grapes. 

小组课题：学生需要小组分工合作、录制一段视频来讲述与本土??品种相关的Topic。 

4.Structured examination featuring a written component (multiple choice and open-ended questions) and a practical component (blind tasting). 

以笔试（单选和简答组成）和实践（盲品）两部分组成的考核方式。
