巡展活动的注意事项 / Then, please find below a few last information you may need to know about the tastings:

1. 样酒务必在活动前2天寄到相应酒店。请您在样品包装箱上注明以下内容：SIMPLY BORDEAUX/UBIFRANCE+您的公司编号(参阅附件)

Please send your wine samples to the hotel within 2 days before the event and do not forget to label the bottles cases following this format: SIMPLY BORDEAUX / UBIFRANCE + YOUR ASSIGNED NUMBER (you will find it attached).

如果不参加任何一场品酒会，您仍可以将样酒寄到酒店，组织方由专人负责展示在专门的免费品酒展示台。请在样品包装箱上注明: SIMPLY BORDEAUX/UBIFRANCE+您公司的编号（参 阅附件）

If you do not participate to one, two or three tasting(s), you will still be able to send your samples which will be exhibited on a special free-tasting booth. Then please label the case following this format: SIMPLY BORDEAUX / UBIFRANCE / FREE TASTING BOOTH + YOUR ASSIGNED NUMBER.

如果您有干白，甜，或桃红酒样品，且希望提前冷藏，请事先将其单独打包，并在箱子上标注”需冷藏”，也请在每瓶需要冷藏的酒瓶上贴上标签.

If you have any White, Sweet or Rosé wines you want to put in the fridge please pack it in one separate caseand add the mention “Put in the fridge” on it, and add a sticker on each bottle you want to put in the bridge.

请根据确认的巡展城市，为参加2014年随时随意波尔多记者会的记者准备获奖酒款做为礼物。

Please prepare one bottle of each of your wines selected to the Simply Bordeaux 2014 for the media event, to be collected before the beginning of the tasting for the media event in each city. Your wine(s) will get the opportunity to be featured in the media coverage.

Please find attached and below the e-invitation that you might send to as many of your trade contacts as you can. Their registration will be confirmed through Ubifrance; please be aware that only trade people can be invited.

附件中的获奖贴纸标签，您可自行打印使用，用来宣传获奖酒款。贵公司会收到500份获奖贴纸图标（请见附件）进行推广。只有获得“2014随时随意波尔多”奖的葡萄酒款才能使用此贴标。贵公司也可自行打印。 请注意，您的酒可能将会被寄送到开至年底的研讨会或培训课上。

Please find attached the sticker that you can use to promote your awarded wines. At least 500 stickers will be sent to you; if you need more you can print it according to the attached file of this email. We remind you thatonly selected Simply Bordeaux 2014 wines can bear the Simply Bordeaux 2014 sticker. Please note that your wines might be sent for seminars or trainings that will be held until the end of this year.
